Happily Ever After

"And they lived happily ever after"

Cinderella said that, Sleeping Beauty said that, Beauty and the Beast said that.
but then, sadly, there's not fairy god mothers out there, you can't possibly sleep for about 100 years and its highly unlikely for a prince to turn into a beast cos he was mean to an old lady.

I believe, that relationships before SPM won't really get anyone anywhere.
I have friends who lie to their parents just to go out on dates, use some other friend as a proof to their parents that they aren't going out to date.
Honestly now, if it was me, I would wait till I'm actually 'legal' to have a boyfriend.
Obviously there's not legal age to have a boyfriend, but when I say legal, I mean when you're emotionally and mentally prepared for a relationship and not just because the guy said he loves you and he's hot.

Some kids have boyfriends at the age of 9 or 10 and what happens ?
Premarital sex and pregnancies.

I used to believe that FOREVER and HAPPILY EVER AFTER exists, but well, sorry to crush your dreams, happily ever afters only happens if you talk to birds and other animals, wear a huge gown, sing randomly to yourself and have fairly god mothers.
Oh and to add to that, you must work under a boss called Walt Disney.
When you watch romance dramas or read romance novels you feel like there's actually happily ever afters happening out there.
The problem is, most novels/dramas doesn't show you what actually happens after marriage.
They say there's three rings in life.
The engagement ring,
The wedding ring
and lastly, the ring that lasts the longest, suffering.
The truth is :

Okay well, maybe there ARE some people who loved each other up till the end, but compared to everyone, there are only a handful of people like that.

Some guys on facebook like to use the word Forever.
Do they really understand the meaning of that ?
If I said I can be a girl forever, that, will definitely be forever but if you're 14 and you're telling a girl you'll love her forever, it'll be a wtf joke of the year.

One minute its like that, and they'll say "I'll love you, protect you forever"
Next thing you know,

Facebook is like some kind of paktor land or something. Nearly everyday on my homepage there's people getting together, people breaking up and most of those relationships doesn't even last more than a month.
When a guy says I love your FOREVER, forever might just last till tomorrow.

To a secondary student, LOVE, is texting each other, meeting up in school, eating together at the canteen, or idontknow exchanging diaries or something.
LOVE is much much more.

"Love is always patient and kind, it is never jealous, love is never boastful or conceited, it is never rude or selfish, it does not take offence, nor is it resentful. Love takes no pleasure in others' sins but delights in the truth ; it is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope and to endure whatever comes. Love does not come to an end."

So there, if you think you will one day "get bored" of that person, then don't get into a relationship just yet. Make sure you're prepared for a relationship before you tell someone you love him/her. It saves alot of energy.
